Gergő Zámbó

I design accessible, fast, &
meaningful websites & apps.

I believe in inclusive, lighting-fast, and sustainable apps and websites focusing on user and business needs. I worked in teams on high-impact projects for brands like Ford, Deutsche Telekom, Graphisoft, and Samsung. I helped win three creative awards (and support wildlife) with a sustainable website for an environmental ad campaign. I lead design projects for startups and the ai research and design team at Ergomania.

Works

Graphisoft Building Together

Brand & Website Redesign

I helped redesign and modernize the brand and website of a global tech company. The goal was to align Graphisoft’s brand identity and experience with its innovative ethos. I worked on the website redesign from the initial ux workshops, from the redesigned information architecture to the final designs.

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions

Website Redesign

I redesigned the user interface of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions’ website, one of the leading companies in it in Hungary. The challenge was to use Telekom’s current brand guidelines and tailor them to the needs of an it company focusing heavily on employee wellbeing and recruitment.

E-Commerce Generative AI Chatbot

Product Design

I worked as a conversation designer on an e-commerce chatbot built with generative ai. The challenge was using generative ai that benefited both users and business needs. The solution was a mix of conversational and generative ai technology.

Fintech App for Shared Expenses

Mobile App Design

I led the design of a minimum viable product for a fintech startup focusing on shared expenses. The task was to pinpoint usability issues, differentiate the app with unique brand visuals, and make it ready for going to market.

Night of the Artefacts

Website Design

Night of the Artefacts Making the Invisible Visible was an environmental ad campaign to raise awareness of water pollution. I designed a sustainable microsite to complement the message. The project won multiple awards at the Hungarian Golden Blade and a Bronze Drum at the Golden Drum.

Plan Pal

Web App Design

Plan Pal was an early web app prototype to help landscape architects gather insights and streamline design workshops. The project included desk research, interviewing, wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and usability testing. It is used as a positive example in the mome id course to this day.

Centropa

Brand & Website Redesign

Centropa is a nonprofit organization focused on preserving the history of Jewish people. I redesigned the brand identity using vivid colors and workhorse typefaces. The job’s central part was to develop a design system with the developers to serve the site’s complex educational and search purposes.

Literary Magazine

Website Design

I was a brand and user experience consultant during the website design of Literary Magazine. My role was to make the brand come alive within the online space and strengthen the brand’s position and recognition. Literary Magazine’s website is one of the most usable and recognizable in this market space.
